北海道生まれ。神奈川育ち。大学で哲学を学んだ後、複数の広告代理店・デザイン会社で15年以上にわたりクリエイティブ・ディレクター、プランナーを務め、その後、外資系事業会社でブランドコミュニケーションマネージャーを務める。さまざまな企業のマーケティング／ブランディングコミュニケーションに携わるかたわら、個人としてもイラストレーター／グラフィックデザイナーとして活動。国内外の企業やメディアに作品を提供し、商品のパターンデザイン、百貨店のキャンペーンビジュアルや雑誌のイラストレーションなどを担当。オリジナルのグッズ制作・販売も展開しており、イラストパターンを使ったラッピングペーパーや便箋など「日々の生活の中で使えるイラスト」をテーマに活動中。
日英バイリンガル。二児の父。本好き。

Born in Hokkaido, Japan. Raised in Kanagawa. After studying philosophy at university, he worked for over 15 years as a creative director and planner at multiple advertising agencies and design companies, and then as a brand communications manager at a multinational corporation. While working in marketing/brand communications for a wide range of companies, he also works as a freelance illustrator/graphic designer. He has provided his work to domestic and international companies and media, such as pattern design for products, campaign visuals for department stores, and illustrations for magazines. He also develops and sells original products such as wrapping paper and letterheads using his illustration patterns, with the theme of "illustrations that can be used in everyday life".
Bilingual in Japanese and English. Father of two. Book lover.
