RMS Message

企業の人と組織の課題解決を支援する株式会社リクルートマネジメントソリューションズの機関誌「RMS Message」の表紙と目次の絵を描かせていただきました。年4回、企業の人材マネジメントに関するテーマについて、研究者の視点や企業の事例などが紹介されています。「共生」がひとつのテーマになっているそうです。年4回刊行であることから、毎回四季折々の植物と生き物をモチーフに、パターン化されたイラストを作成しました。

I have been asked to illustrate the cover and table of contents for RMS Message, the journal of Recruit Management Solutions Co., Ltd. which helps companies solve people and organizational issues. Four times a year, the magazine introduces the perspectives of researchers and case studies of companies on themes related to corporate human resource management. One of the themes of the magazine is “symbiosis.” Since the magazine is published four times a year, we created patterned illustrations based on plants and creatures from each of the four seasons for each issue.
